Geoff O’Sullivan –Director
Geoff has been in the General Insurance Industry since 1979. He holds a Diploma in Financial Services in General Insurance Broking and is also a Senior Associate in ANZIIF. Geoff’s role at O’Sullivans is Managing Director along with specializing in all types of General Insurance to his very wide and valued client base.
Karen Kuehnapfel – Office Manager
Karen started with O’Sullivans in 2004 after many years in the banking industry. Karen has her Tier 2 in General Insurance Broking and is responsible for overseeing the general day to day running of the office, handling compliance and administration. Karen is responsible for developing office policy and procedures and is also proficient in dealing with customer enquiries and claims.
John Ferraro – Senior Account Manager
John has more than 27 years experience in the Insurance Industry. He holds a Diploma of Financial Services in Insurance Broking and is a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. As a senior Account Manager, John provides tailored insurance solutions for the small to larger sized commercial clients. He also holds portfolios in niche insurance scheme programs.
Jarrod Nelson – Account Manager
Jarrod is a qualified Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Insurance Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF). Jarrod has over 5 years experience in General Insurance with CGU Insurance Ltd and as a General Insurance Broker. As an Account Manager, Jarrod specialises in providing insurance solutions for commercial clients and provides the best possible service to a wide range of clients.
Marj Brierley – Account Manager
Marj is the Account Manager for all our clients insured under our subsidiary trading name Caravaners Complete Insurance. She has 20 years experience in the industry and specializes in all types of personal insurance. Marj has her Certificate III in General Insurance Broking and manages all aspects of her clients insurance including enquiries, quoting, placing cover and claims handling.
Grace McGregor – Account Assistant
Grace commenced in the General Insurance Industry in 2007. Grace originates from New Zealand and is currently studying towards her Certificate 3 in General Insurance Broking. She currently assists the brokerage in numerous roles.
Tanya Phillips – Account Assistant
Tanya started working in the Insurance Industry in 1999 and has completed her Certificate 3 in General Insurance Broking. Tanya has just rejoined us from maternity leave and currently holds a part time position and assists in all facets of the business. She has a good knowledge of our client base and a very good understanding of the types of insurances they require.
